MEAM.Design - IPD 501 - P2: Candy

Your task for this one-week project is to use SolidWorks, SolidCAM, and the Haas to create some desk candy from a 1.5" thick x 3.25" diameter block of 6061-T6 Aluminum.

The Haas will be pre-configured with the following:

1. A steel fixture with a 0.5-inch grid of 6-32 close-fit through holes will be located against a stop in the vice.

2. The X-Y zero is located at the center hole in the fixture, while the Z zero is set to the top of the fixture.

3. The tools listed in the table below will be loaded into the toolchanger, all zeroed to the top of the fixture.
