While we will provide all of the tools and equipment that you will need to complete the course, there are certain items that you might want to purchase. These are essential tools for anyone working in the design and prototyping of mechanical systems.

THE BASICS:

1. Safety glasses
2. 6" Digital Calipers (recommend Fowler)
3. Smock or lab coat
4. Hex key set (ANSI + Metric)
5. Screwdriver
6. Small pliers
7. Sharpie Marker(s)

MACHINING:

1. Edge finder
2. Center-drill set
3. End-mill set
